Overview:
The Regenerative Agricultural Products Business Development Specialist plays a vital role in advancing MRS Group's mission of circular and clean agriculture. This position focuses on promoting regenerative agricultural products, including organic rice, soybeans, and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in agricultural business development, especially in IQF or frozen food products, are preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities;
Creativity and the ability to work independently;
Proficiency in office tools and project management software.
