Mô tả công việc
A. Key Responsibilities
1. Agent network growth
- Build strategic agents & distributor relationships to understand and drive MOI's vision, key strategies, and business objectives
- Recruit and develop and sustain strong business relationships with agents & distributor and decision-makers to help them expand their network and drive more sales
- Provide regular weekly/monthly events and seminar to encourage, motivate, training and support agents in growing their business effectively
- Consult and support key accounts to help them build their business and network successfully
- In charge of Agent's onboarding process and agent growth initiatives
2. Retail Distribution growth
- Work with 3rd retails to extend M.O.I product growth
- Work with Trade MKT person to plan and execute MKT / promotions to help stores in selling MOI products
3. Sales & MKT strategy's execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, IT, R&D, Customer Service, Finance, Digital MKT and Legal) to optimize MOI's growth and profitability, including merchandising planning, sales and inventory
- Work closely with e-commerce Marketing and Digital teams, to ensure MOI's programs are developed and executed effectively
- Work with internal MKT team in creating events and promotions to help Agents to

- Provide ongoing tracking, analysis, and measurement of trends.

- No of New Agents
- No. of Active Agents
- Product volume point (PV)
- Agent retention rate (base on drop rate at 5%)
