Mô tả công việc
This role is fully responsible for developing ambitious FTA (Full Time Agency) teams who can consistently and sustainably exceed KPIs, also balancing the P&L in order to achieve the highest profitability that assigned to De La Sol Business Development Channel.
Another critical goal is on-going keeping FTA teams meet the quality standard with efficient measurement and actionable plans of improvement, and maintaining the daily operation effectively.
Directly report to Territory Director, the Regional Director, Business Development will lead the region to meet assigned KPIs. The major accountabilities include (but not limited to):
1. Business Planning and Management:
• Set business activities/ plan to achieve agreed KPIs and objectives of the region
• Ensure thorough communication and effective delegation of business plan among multiple layers of members (Center Directors & Life Portfolio Managers) for consistent implementation
• Monitor the progress and provide guidance to redirect the teams on right track of performance
• Plan new business opportunities to accelerate the revenue generation by sales campaigns, programs, product solutions, ...
• Ensure sales quality and productivity as per De La Sól standards within assigned/ agreed budget
2. Region Development:
• Build high performing, professional, diverse and strongly engaging region
• Conduct training/ mentoring/ coaching sessions to the teams to improve performance and capabilities
• Identify key talents and potential successors for further development plan
3. Relationships & Communications:
• Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external departments
• Liaise with cross functional teams for functional/ technical advice or cooperation on necessary areas
4. Other tasks/ projects assigned by senior management
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, hospitality.
• Specific certificate in the business sector: LOMA, etc.
2. Experience:
• At least 4 years' experience in sale/marketing management and at least 3 years in insurance/ financial services industry.
• Additional management training experience is preferred.
3. Other requirements:
• Analytical thinking.
• A keen sales aptitude with proven track record of success in the field of training, marketing and sales.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent English/Vietnamese writing and speaking skills.
• Excellent higher management influential skills.
