1. ERP Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain a clear regional ERP strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Develop and manage multi-year ERP roadmaps, covering system implementations, upgrades, harmonization, and potential system convergence.
- Evaluate current and future ERP solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and business fit in hypergrowth environment.
2. ERP Governance & Change Management
- Establish and lead ERP governance, including standardised change requests management, systematic testing phases, and prioritization involving business and IT stakeholders
- Ensure consistent ERP standards, processes, and documentation across the region, including access rights management policy.
3. ERP Implementation & Lifecycle Management
- Lead regional ERP implementation and rollout projects, coordinating local and regional teams.
- Oversee ERP lifecycle management: deployment, stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and external partners.
4. Business Partnership & Support
- Act as a strategic partner to regional business leaders (Country General Managers and ASEAN Leaders)
- Translate business needs into new ERP functionalities and solutions
- Improve ERP usage and value by identifying opportunities to extend functionality beyond accounting (e.g. operations, analytics, process automation)
5. Change, Adoption & Capability Building
- Drive change management and user adoption for ERP initiatives
- Ensure training strategies, user support models, and key-user networks are in place across ASEAN countries
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making enabled by ERP systems
Yêu cầu
Requested qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, management, or digital transformation programs, preferably in regional or multicountry environments.
- Proven experience with multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Projects).
- Experience setting up ERP governance frameworks and change management processes.
- Fluent in English
