This hands on role will be responsible for all aspect of the recruitment process. On a daily basis you will
be working with leaders to understand their needs, use your creative flair to turn position description
into enticing adverts, hunt down the best candidates in Asia and then use your charm to on board them
with Buffalo Tours! All while insuring that positions are filled in tight time frames.
** Role Outline :
• Manage and perform strategic and tactical sourcing plans and techniques (i.e. market research, market mapping, candidate referrals, Employee Referral Programs, headhunting etc)
• Suggest improvement in the overall implementation and performance of recruitment process, achieving One Best Way for the South East Asia region
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process including job brief, phone screening and joining hiring managers in face to face interview all the way to offer.
• Facilitation of assessment session for volume recruitment and leading candidate calibration Completing reference checks for potential candidates
• Maintain employee referrals record
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Keep constant contact with future new hires for potential referrals
• Engage and touching base new hires during their first 3 months in the business, working alongside with the leaders of the business.
• Ensure open communication with management on challenges faced and suggest alternative solutions. Writing job advertisement from position description to make it attractive and relevant to the market Assist HR Manager in new hire contract signing and onboarding
• Conduct exit interview for leavers
• Ability to act and response fast on hot candidates lead
• Assess internal talent on a regular basis and discuss with Area Leader on potential movements around the business Assist and recruit for all markets in SEA whenever needed

** Qualifications and Experience :
• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administrator or Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 3 years of volume recruitment experience
• Excellent experience in headhunting and sourcing on various online channels
• Able to recruit for various roles from volume customer service role to individual executive role
• Experience in travel industry hiring preferred
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft office
• Team player with strong analytical skills and multitasking skills.
• Works well under pressure and tight deadline
• Able to work independently and remotely
