• Support supervising Store Managers across multiple locations
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
• Identify store improvement opportunities and implement enhancement initiatives
• Prepare operational reports for HQ including performance metrics and improvement plans
• Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and brand standards across all stores
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV)
• Coach and develop Store Managers on leadership and operational excellence
• Coordinate new store opening activities and staff training programs
• Manage inventory accuracy and loss prevention across stores
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure service recovery
• Support recruitment and onboarding of store-level management
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in multi-store supervision
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail preferred
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to travel frequently (60-70% travel expected)
• Strong report writing and presentation skills for HQ reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Vietnamese; basic English communication skills
• Physically fit to conduct store walks and handle operational tasks
