Unios is seeking a Relationship Manager for Vietnam, as it embarks on a period of continual growth. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a role and a brand that puts people, support and digital innovation first.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering relationships in the project lighting market, ranging from architects to engineers. Based out of District 1 - HCM & Hai Ba Trung District - Hanoi, you will proactively provide solutions to grow the equity of the Unios brand and ensure specification.
The Role: This is a tremendous opportunity for a sales and technically-minded professional with a strong background in the specification space, looking for a challenge in an environment that champions a team-oriented sales environment, backed by the support of a team of local designers and engineers.
You will form an integral part of our business development team and you will be a key component in growing the Unios brand across Vietnam.
Job Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across a project who may include architects, engineers, interior designers and lighting consultants.
Knowledgeably and confidently educate and present new products and technology.
You will be coordinating projects by working closely with decision makers across the specification process, including getting and maintaining products on specification.
Be an expert and ambassador for the Unios brand and way of thinking.
Attend events, trade shows and sponsored events nationally.
Capture and maintain a database of relevant information within a CRM.
To provide regular product, customer and technical feedback to the engineering, internal sales and brand departments.
Identify new opportunities, market gaps and devise strategies to grow market share in Australia.
About You: You are an experienced professional, with an extensive understanding of the design and technical aspects of project lighting and the specification sales cycle. You are passionate individual with a proven track record, are open to a collaborative work environment and bring an excellent reputation.

Job Requirements
Have experience in the specification process, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across a project.
Experience as a sales professional with an understanding of the nuances of the lighting specification market or a similar industry.
A proven ability to present technical information confidently and concisely.
A team player who is willing to work both individually and in a collaborative environment.
Outstanding verbal and written skills.
You are willing to travel frequently across Vietnam.
Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is desirable.
