Key responsibilities:
• Hunt and grow liability portfolio, target on SME segment
• Manage to achieve revenue growth target and assigned annual KPI
• Maximize cross-sale opportunities, regarding the alternative bank products
• Comply with bank policies, code of conduct regarding documentation, processing and reporting
Yêu cầu
Key requirements:
Mandatory
• Bachelor of University or equivalent
• Comply with bank policies, code of conduct regarding documentation, processing and reporting
• Minimum of 2 year working experience in banking area or similar position
• Good background of banking knowledge
• Good team work and sales project management
Preferred:
• Knowledge of hardware, software and programming;
• Fast learner, independent and capable of working under pressure efficiently.
