Remote-Senior Fullstack Angular,NodeJS

This position is open to remote, but requires +/- 3H time zone difference with Ho Chi Minh City, where our headquarters are located.

Job Overview

• Joining the SIMCEL team as a Full stack engineer, you will have a chance to contribute to disrupting supply chains. SIMCEL helps some of the biggest companies on the planet optimize their supply chains, yielding tremendous business, environmental and social impact. It integrates some of the most exciting tech, but there is still a lot to do.

Your mission

• Your mission will be to improve the performance of companies all over the world by bringing their supply chain decision-making to the next level. You will take leadership in implementing or maintaining some of the core features that will enable Simcel to deliver the highest possible value, and grow beyond our first customers.

Individual expectations

• Be in charge of designing, implementing and maintaining core features of our product.
• Insure features are developed with a high level of quality
• Contribute to the continuous codebase improvement effort through code reviews, refactorings, etc.
• Help conducting non technical, cross departements meetings to transform Supply Chain knowledge into clear code specifications.
• Be a source of proposition for new features or improvements.
• Collaborate with the data team to integrate the data intelligence it produces into our products

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (fluent written and spoken english)
• At least 5 years working as a developer and delivering code to production
• 3 years working with NodeJS or Typescript on backend
• 3 years with Angular or other similar frontend frameworks
• Experience setting up and using Kubernetes
• 2 years working with Mongodb
• Git
• Autonomous. Driven. Excited to learn.
• Optional/appreciated:
  • Experience with Golang
  • Experience with automated testing / continuous integration
  • AWS
  • Experience working remotely
  • At least one experience in multicultural work environment
  • Experience with non-web project
  • Experience with Supply Chain or Simulation
  • MS in computer science or engineering diploma
