Key Responsibilities
Report Review & Quality Control
Review and verify test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Ensure test reports are completed independently, accurately, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Compare client requirements with actual test results and identify potential discrepancies.
Review test assignments against samples to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Technical Coordination
Clarify technical information and test results with Laboratory Technicians when required.
Communicate with KAM and relevant teams to clarify unclear testing programs or client requirements.
Support technical documentation review and follow SGS procedures.
Team Collaboration & Development
Collaborate with laboratory teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth report delivery.
Participate in technical training and system training provided by SGS.
Support continuous improvement activities within the laboratory.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Preferred backgrounds:
Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
Materials Science
Wood Technology / Furniture Technology
Related technical fields
At least 1 year of experience in TIC, laboratory, testing, or related industries is preferred.
Priority will be given to candidates with:
Experience in furniture, wood products, or furniture testing; or
Educational background or working experience related to Chemistry / Chemical Testing.
Good understanding of technical documents, client requirements, SOPs, and testing guidelines.
Good command of English.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
