Key Responsibilities
Report Review & Quality Control
Review and verify test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Ensure test reports are completed independently, accurately, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Compare client requirements with actual test results and identify potential discrepancies.
Review test assignments against samples to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Technical Coordination
Clarify technical information and test results with Laboratory Technicians when required.
Communicate with KAM and relevant teams to clarify unclear testing programs or client requirements.
Support technical documentation review and follow SGS procedures.
Team Collaboration & Development
Collaborate with laboratory teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth report delivery.
Participate in technical training and system training provided by SGS.
Support continuous improvement activities within the laboratory.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
