Research and Advisory Specialist

Role Overview
The Research and Advisory Specialist is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining all databases in assigned sectors. You will support the team with detailed market intelligence and analysis, as well as contribute to client presentations and industry publications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage databases including:
Leasing transaction database
Investment transaction database
Occupier profile database
Supply pipeline tracking
Project performance tracking
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Track and analyze market trends within assigned sectors.
Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on database findings as requested by advisory and research teams.
Assist with the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
Support the research and drafting of industry publications on specific market or sector topics.
Collaborate with internal service lines to gather and validate market intelligence.
Prepare clear data visualizations, charts, and infographics for both external and internal use.
Ensure all databases are organized, secure, and ready for timely reporting.
Monitor data sources and maintain familiarity with market developments.
Support bespoke research requests as directed by senior team members.
