Role overview
· The research manager is responsible for leading research delivery and client relationships across assigned accounts. This role combines client partnership, strategic thinking, people leadership and the effective use of research technologies to deliver Cimigo's core offering of fact-based consulting through high-quality research.
· The research manager is accountable for research excellence, insight quality, and client satisfaction, while developing long-term relationships with key clients and supporting the adoption of new tools and ways of working, including the use of artificial intelligence.
Key responsibilities
Client and account leadership
Develop and manage strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients
Lead account planning and identify opportunities to grow research and consulting services
Act as a senior advisor to clients by providing strategic, insight-led recommendations
Research leadership and delivery
Lead, guide and support research teams across quantitative and qualitative projects
Ensure consistently high standards in research design, execution, analysis and reporting
Integrate AI-enabled tools where appropriate to enhance efficiency, insight generation and storytelling
Take full accountability for project quality, timelines and deliverables
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights linked to client business objectives
AI and modern research practices
Use AI tools to support tasks such as data exploration, pattern identification, text analysis, reporting and knowledge management
Apply sound judgement to ensure AI outputs are accurate, ethical and aligned with research best practice
Encourage teams to adopt AI responsibly to improve productivity without compromising research rigour
Stay informed about emerging AI applications in market and consumer research
People leadership
Lead and develop a proactive, high-performing research team
Coach and mentor team members in research thinking, methodology, use of tools and client communication
Promote collaboration, learning and continuous improvement within the team.

The person we are looking for
You are likely to enjoy and succeed in this role if you:
Have at least five years of experience in quantitative and qualitative market research.
Have experience leading research projects and developing junior team members.
Are comfortable working with modern research tools, including AI-assisted analysis and reporting.
Understand the strengths and limitations of AI in a research and consulting context.
Enjoy building strong, long term client relationships.
Think strategically and enjoy turning research findings into clear business recommendations.
Communicate fluently and professionally in English, both written and spoken.
Are proactive, accountable and comfortable in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Salary: Negotiable
100% salary amount in probation time
Working time: 8h30 - 17h30 from Mon to Friday
Health care package after 1 year labor contract
