Mô tả công việc
Handle reservation requests through various channels, including phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Accurately enter guest information and booking details into the reservation system.
Assist guests in selecting the most suitable rooms and packages based on their preferences and needs.
Send out prompt and professional booking confirmations.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and friendly manner.
Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring the best possible guest experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel's services, amenities, and special offers for effective upselling.
Inventory Management:
Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue.
Stay informed about ongoing promotions, packages, and discounts to inform guests of available options.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as the front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the entire hotel team to guarantee a coordinated guest experience.
Participate in training programs and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and industry trends.

Yêu cầu
A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role within a luxury hotel is highly desirable.
Proficiency in reservation software and booking systems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A guest-centric attitude with a passion for delivering unparalleled service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
