POSITION SUMMARY:Be in charge of all accommodation bookings, providing hotel facilities information and using telephone sales skill to encourage guests to reserve accommodation.
Be in charge of filing system for easy reference (reservations/ amendments/ cancellations/ contracts/ others correspondences...)Handle guest requests and inquiries.
Inventory/ Availability control on both PMS and other distribution channel.
Technology tasks: Extranets and Interfaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Be in charge of all accommodation bookings.
Ensure effective communication with all departments in order to provide an efficient service to the guests.
Provide hotel facilities information and using telephone sales skills to encourage guests to reserve accommodation.
Take care of reservations made by e-mail. Confirm bookings/ provide hotel facilities information/ offer hotel services/ reply all other request or questions from guests.
Take care of other source of bookings: Corporate, Online, Crew, Exhibitions, Day use, Pre-registrations, Mobile application bookings...
Take care of reservations/ amendments/ cancellations of corporate clients. Follow -up their re-confirmation/ guaranteed letters.
Take care of reservations/ amendments/ cancellations of travel agents
- FIT bookings.
Take care of reservations/ amendments/ cancellations of tour
- groups/ series / MICE/ Complimentary bookings.
Input reservation data into computer system.
Ensure sales strategy are applied and implemented.
Maintain database in PMS.
Yêu cầu
Qualification: College degree or higher
Experience: Entry level
Candidate must possess 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Admistration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
