KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve as the primary contact for students regarding all issues encountered in the dormitory such as security, safety, maintenance, incident reporting, service feedback, and emergencies.
- Ensure all aforementioned issues are addressed promptly, effectively, and reasonably.
- Operate the hotline and guarantee a 100% response rate to calls during assigned hours.
- Collaborate with operational, technical, and maintenance departments to ensure efficient and effective operation of the dormitory and sports complex at all times.
- Arrange accommodation for students, faculty, and visitors; manage occupancy in the dormitory. Coordinate with local police for temporary residence registration for students, faculty, and visitors.
- Manage the assets of the sports complex and dormitory, handle inventory, distribution, borrowing, and usage of assets. Report changes, repairs, and regular maintenance, and make recommendations if necessary.
- Maintain a positive and trustworthy relationship with the student community in the dormitory, promptly identify any issues, risks, or emerging needs to ensure timely resolution and service improvement.
- Responsible for organizing activities for international students and managing international student-specific requirements such as health insurance, visa arrangements, etc.
- Handle other tasks assigned by the Student Affairs Head and Student Services Manager.
Working Schedule:
Work in two shifts during weekdays:
+ 9:00 - 18:00
+ 14:00 - 23:00
Additionally, work 4 hours on Saturday mornings or Sunday afternoons.
Responsible for managing the hotline during and outside of working hours as assigned.
COMPENSATION
The salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
