Mô tả công việc
· Welcome guest, receive and transfer phone calls with good manner.
· Control courier letters in & out, documents, sample/ package in domestic and international
· Book and follow up logistics travel for staff (flights & hotel & room booking& transportation, visa, resident card); register or cancel the sim card (Mobiphone or Viettel) as process.
· Facilitate new employees and exit checklist: deliver and keep track working tools (insurance card, door card, parking card and others)
· Follow up and arrange stationery availability, medicine & First aid checklist in office monthly.
· Collect and re-check taxi bill, mobile phone & internet bills, courier bills, office rental bill and a driver's overtime reports monthly.
· Work with tea lady for maintain a clean and tidy reception, meeting rooms, photocopy and fax machines area.
Notarize documents and translate docs (If any)
• Open PoM relate to all HR Admin expenses and laise with finance to make the payment request for vendors.
• In SUN system, refer to sales order made by customer service section. Do invoicing function in SUN system for that sales order and make e-invoices for daily sales.
• Send e-invoices to customers through email.
Yêu cầu
• Fresher or 2-year experience in Finance or Business Administration
• Having experience of working with e-invoice application is preferable.
• Experience in voluntary or community or charity or social projects or events is advantage. • Good at English speaking and listening
• PC Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to contribute in a team
• Customer orientation and Communication Skills
