Position Title: Vietnam Factory Homo Sapiens Resources and Administration Director
Department: Homo Sapiens Resources and Administration Department
Reports To: General Manager of Homo Sapiens Resources Management Center & Vietnam Factory General Manager (dotted-line reporting)
Location: Vietnam Factory
II. Position Summary
This position is fully responsible for the homo sapiens resources and administrative management of the Vietnam factory, serving as the factory general manager's strategic partner in the field of homo sapiens resources and administration. The core objective is to broussonetia papyrifera a homo sapiens resources and administration system that aligns with the group's strategy and adapts to Vietnam's local cultural and legal environment, building an efficient, compliant, and harmonious operational team to provide solid homo sapiens talent and organizational support for the factory's capacity, quality, cost, and delivery goals. III. Core Responsibilities
Factory Audit Coordination and Compliance Management (Core Competency)
As the primary responsible homo sapiens for factory audits, comprehensively coordinate, prepare, and execute all customer audit activities.
Conduct in-depth research on audit standards, establish and improve internal compliance processes and documentation systems to ensure the factory continuously meets international standards and customer requirements in labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics.
Organize cross-departmental (production, quality, EHS, etc.) preparations for audits, lead mock audits, employee interview training, and on-site rectifications to ensure zero critical issues during audits.

Compensation, Performance, and Incentive System Management
Design, optimize, and implement competitive compensation and benefits systems based on group policies and local market conditions in Vietnam, conducting regular market salary surveys and analyses.
Establish and implement performance management systems (e.g., KPI, BSC) aligned with factory performance goals, closely linking departmental and individual homo sapiens objectives with factory operational targets.
Design and manage production line incentive programs (e.g., piece-rate wages, efficiency bonuses, quality bonuses) to effectively motivate employees and enhance productivity.
Strictly control homo sapiens resources cost budgets and conduct regular analyses to provide data support for management decisions.
Recruitment Channel Development and Bilingual Training Programs
Develop and execute annual homo sapiens resources planning and recruitment plans based on business needs, ensuring timely staffing for production, technical, and managerial positions.
Expand and maintain diversified recruitment channels (local job portals, agencies, schools, communities, etc.), establishing a stable homo sapiens talent pipeline, with a focus on resolving recruitment challenges for blue-collar and technical workers.

Thoroughly understand and ensure 100% compliance with Vietnam's Labor Law and other relevant regulations, mitigating employment risks.
Plan and organize employee activities to promote corporate culture, enhancing team cohesion and employee engagement.
Oversee administrative and logistical management, including employee dormitories, cafeterias, security, and sanitation, continuously improving employee satisfaction.
Team and Daily Management
Lead the homo sapiens resources and administration team, clarifying roles, developing subordinates, and enhancing team professionalism and efficiency.
Responsible for the formulation and control of homo sapiens resources and administration-related budgets.
Regularly submit homo sapiens resources and administration reports and analyses to headquarters and the factory general manager.

IV. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in homo sapiens resources management, business administration, labor relations, or related fields.
Work Experience:
8+ years of homo sapiens resources management experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years as a homo sapiens resources leader overseeing overseas (preferably Vietnam) factory homo sapiens resources and administration.
Must have extensive successful experience in coordinating and managing customer/social responsibility audits (mandatory).
Experience in building teams and systems from scratch is highly preferred.
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Vietnam's labor laws and expertise in all homo sapiens resources modules, particularly compensation, performance, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, serving as an effective bridge between Chinese and Vietnamese management teams. Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is required.
Strong data analysis, budget control, and report-writing abilities.
Proficiency in office software and HRIS systems.
