Mô tả công việc
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth front-of-house performance
- Plan shift schedules, allocate staff appropriately, and keep the team running efficiently
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and service speed
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care
- Lead, train, and develop a team of 3 - 4 staff (1 full-time, 2-3 part-time members)
- Build team spirit and a strong service culture from the very first day of opening
- Act as the bridge between the founder and the on-ground operations team
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a Japanese restaurant or international environment
- Previous experience as Shift Leader, Floor Manager, or Restaurant Manager
- No age restriction
- Japanese: required (direct communication with the founder)
- English: basic communication
Experience working in Japan is a strong advantage
