1. Opening Morning Shift tasks:
• Cleaning Cashier ares & manager desk
• Import goods from Suppliers for restaurants that import goods in the morning
• Check Management and check cash funds with team management
• Receive and hand over cash and red invoices from the management
• Support the service with setup and cleaning
• Send revenue reports to the accounting department, membership card information to the CRM
• Submit revenue via bank.
• During sales hours, enter orders according to customer requests delivered by service staff.
• Perform payment operations and write red invoices for customers.
• Submit orders from the bar and kitchen departments to
purchasing according to the submitted soft copy.
• Update emails and notices related to operations and report to the management
• Support customer service during peak hours.
2. Opening Afternoon Shift tasks:
• Close the shift and hand over 1st shift revenue to the
Restaurant Manager. Continue on shift 2 to perform the work of welcoming guests.
• Submit red invoices and warehouse receipts daily to the accounting department.
• During sales hours, enter orders according to customer requests delivered by service staff.
• Support customer service during peak hours.
3. Closed Shift tasks:
• Close the shift with the restaurant management
• Hand over revenue, safes, and tips to the restaurant management
• Hand over the red invoice to the restaurant management
• Store paperwork and payment bills in a filing cabinet.
• Turn off the computer, lock and seal the cabinets.
