Job Description
Responsible for providing all guests and retail customers with customized, personal attention and services.
Responsible for walking guest through their prescription card and using suggestive selling techniques whenever possible.
Responsible for personally assisting guests in the selection of retail and educating them on every product they inquire about.
Must maintain cleanliness of retail area throughout each shift, and ensure that displays are neat, organized, well-stocked, clean and dust free.
Responsible for all duties related to receiving inventory and maintenance of the stockroom.
Responsible for reordering, receiving, recording and displaying all incoming product stock.
Responsible for the correct use of stock, the rotation of all merchandise, and the correct application of the First in, first out (FIFO) Standard.
Responsible for being generally knowledgeable of all services, operating hours, pricing, fitness offerings and other Property offerings.
Must be comfortable answering questions and use proper telephone etiquette at all times.
Job Requirement
High School graduate is required and Vocational School Certificate is preferred.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
Previous job experience of at least 1 year in a similar retail environment.
Demonstrate exceptional grooming and personal attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create a professional and comfortable environment for all guests and employees.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Anticipate guest needs and respond with congenial hospitality.
Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well within a team.
