Retail Manager, North

Responsible for execution of BTL display & promotion activities in North and monitoring the sell-out & retail operations in North
•DISPLAY:
1. Planning and coordination with Marketing team for BTL activities, Branding events,...
2. Ownership display stands / display guideline / POSM management.
3. Execute the display activities in Store to increase display in-house-share
4. Ensuring all POSMs are delivered and displayed with minimum lapse in time
5. Collect market information to make proper feedbacks to HOD and related division
•TRADE PROMOTION:
1.Responsible for planning and implementing trade promotion campaigns to lead team achieve sale-out target
2.Ensuring alignment across the company on field sales needs and marketing campaigns including co-ordination with product team and marcom team
3.Manage & Implement instore trade promotion activities. Monitor and manage marketing activities within budget constraints
4.Manage & implement company's events: Seminar, customer conference, road show
5.And other tasks from direct Management
•SELL-OUT & RETAIL OPERATIONS:
1. Design and execute the schemes for Promoters / floor salesman to enhance sell out performance as well as maximize product advantages at stores.
2. Oversee daily channel operations & training to ensure sell-out target
3. Analyze market situation internal sales performance, trade insights, market trend, competitor's activities & price movement,...
4. Propose and implement trade activities in the market
5. Other tasks that assigned by Head of Retail & Regional Sales Head, North
