Mô tả công việc
1. Distributor Management:
• Identify and onboard new distributors, negotiating terms and conditions for both online and offline channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, ensuring satisfaction across all sales channels.
• Regularly communicate with distributors to understand their needs and address concerns promptly.
2. Product Stock Management:
• Monitor and analyze product sales and demand trends for both online and offline channels.
• Implement inventory management strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations across various sales platforms.
• Collaborate with distributors to forecast demand accurately for online and offline sales channels.
3. Logistics Handling:
• Coordinate and optimize the distribution network for both online and offline sales, ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Work closely with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes for all sales channels.
• Resolve any logistics issues or delays to maintain a smooth supply chain.
4. Online Sales Platform Oversight:
• Manage the online sales platform, ensuring the website is updated with accurate product information, prices, and promotions.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on the online platform.
5. Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze KPIs related to distributor performance, stock levels, and logistics efficiency for both online and offline channels.
• Generate reports and provide insights to upper management for strategic decision-making across all sales channels.
6. Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to distributors for both online and offline sales channels.
• Address distributor queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive working relationship across all platforms.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online sales platforms.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
