Job Description:
1. Retail Operations Management:
• Manage day-to-day retail operations across assigned consumer electronics stores and retail chains in Northern Vietnam.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor store productivity, sales performance, and execution quality.
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Store Execution & Merchandising:
• Ensure proper product display, planogram implementation, and POSM visibility.
• Conduct regular retail audits and store visits.
• Improve in-store customer experience and brand presence.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends. These responsibilities are commonly highlighted in consumer electronics retail operations roles in Vietnam.
3. Field Force Management & Productivity:
• Lead, manage, and optimize the performance of field force teams including promoters, sales representatives,
merchandisers, and retail supervisors across Northern Vietnam.
• Develop clear productivity KPIs for field teams, including:
o Sales per promoter
o Conversion rate
o Attach rate / upsell performance
o Store coverage
o Display compliance
• Monitor daily and weekly field force productivity through reporting systems and retail dashboards.
• Ensure efficient manpower allocation based on store traffic, sales potential, and seasonal demand.
• Improve promoter effectiveness through coaching, in-store training, role-play sessions, and performance management.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with Sales, Team members and retail partners to improve operational effectivess.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
• Analyze sales data, retail KPIs, stock levels, and operational performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly retail reports.
• Recommend action plans to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, or retail management systems for reporting.
6. Team Management:
• Lead and manage field force teams, supervisors, promoters, and merchandisers.
• Set KPIs and evaluate team performance.
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Build high-performing retail operations teams.
