- The position is based in region and hierarchically reports to the Sales & Operation Manager.
Job Description
- Managing and operating the Sales team in the assigned region
- Responsible for business operations in the region. Take care and develop business for brands of the company in the region, including retail stores and consignment counter in hypermarket and supermarket.
- Frequently checking the retailer stores and consignment counters to make sure the selling is good condition (including staff's performance, stocks is enough and displayed in the right place...).
- Look for new retailers, new wholesalers to sell the products.
- Proactively propose marketing plan to push sales.
- Develop and propose sales policies, regulations for implementation by each distribution channel.
- Establishing control targets and solutions for inventory.
- Develop direct sales promotion activities at point of sale.
- Recruit and training sales skill for sales staffs to improve
