SCOPE OF WORK / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Boost sales
- Establish an implementation plan
- Manage sales processes
- Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year
2. Data management
- Reports, analysis, make recommendations: Business index (APT, UPT...), commodity index, new & old customer data, retention rate, conversion rate
3. Operations Management
- Manage operating processes: operating standards
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Manage store image (VM)
4. Personnel management
- Recruiting, training and developing, motivating employees
- Manage attendance, shifts, schedule work
- Build a professional culture and working environment
5. Customer relationship management
- Control customer experience
- Manage customer service process
- Survey customer satisfaction
- Search and expand client files
6. Merchandise Management
- Manage goods process: in/ out/ inventory...
- Evaluate goods at the store/ competitors/ market
- Buying

- At least 3 years management skills in Cosmetics or similar qualifications
- English/ French/ Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
- Experience in retail, cosmetic, executive management skills is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills

- Salary: 25 - 30tr + incentive
- Phone allowance: 500,000 VND/month; transportation allowance: Grab
- Package 1 year: 12 months of salary (13th month salary is fixed + performance bonus based on business performance - 1 to 2 months of base salary)
