1. Financial & E-commerce Performance:
Support the development and execution of the revenue plan and marketing plan.
Implement and monitor e-commerce and
digital marketing activities to achieve revenue and online distribution objectives.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM/PPC, Display, Email Marketing, Social Media, and OTA platforms.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.
2. Distribution & Online Channels:
Support the management of hotel distribution channels, including Brand Website, OTAs, GDS, and partner platforms.
Monitor channel performance and recommend actions to improve visibility, conversion, and cost efficiency.
Promote direct bookings through BPG and other direct booking initiatives.
Maintain strong working relationships with OTA partners and BWI.
3. Content Management:
Ensure hotel content, images, offers, and promotions are accurate and up to date across all online channels.
Manage content updates through Portal and other distribution systems.
Support the execution of global, regional, and hotel-level marketing campaigns.
Assist in the creation and distribution of e-newsletters and promotional communications.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Coordinate with media agencies and partners to manage hotel social media channels.
Create engaging content and support campaign execution across social platforms.
Monitor reviews, social media engagement, and competitor activities.
Respond to guest inquiries and feedback through digital channels when required.
Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5. Collaboration & Guest Experience:
Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional activities.
Support sponsorships, photography projects, and promotional events that enhance brand awareness.
Maintain compliance with BWI brand standards across all digital touchpoints.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, including Brand Website, OTAs ([protected info], Expedia, Agoda, etc.), and direct booking strategies.
Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue and online visibility.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Working 5 days per week.
