Position Title: Revenue Management Specialist
Function: Revenue Growth Management

Direct reports to: Revenue Management Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh
A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
This position is to drive Revenue & Margin Growth in AB InBev Vietnam in customer centric way, that partners with Marketing, Sales &
Trade Marketing to develop the design and drive the execution of Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Promotion strategy & Trade Term Investment Efficiency.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Pricing & Promotion Execution
Assist in establish Price Pack Architecture strategy (pack roles/ channel focus) for existing and new SKUs for meaningful differentiation across channels & occasions.
Monthly monitor and keep update on Price by Channel (MOFT/TT/ONT) to provide insightful analysis on Price index/Competitor movement/Post Price change impacts.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses: New Product launch, Pricing impacts on PnL, Price elasticity...
Promotion Performance
Monitor RGM Promotion Efficiency strategy Materials to:1/Deliver Volume uplift 2/Land the Right Mix 3/Limit Channel Conflicts? 4/ROI
Support in Promotion Budget review & track
Trade Term Management
Assist in designing the trade term framework, with execution guardrail for On-Trade and MOFT channels.
Monitor and evaluate contract performance monthly to enhance investment efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with key targets (Volume, Share, Mix & Budget).
Continuously update local market insights and competitive landscape to identify issues and recommend corrective actions in a timely manner.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses: gap coverage initiatives and post-implementation reviews of trade term changes.
Mix Performance
Establish channel/customer mix performance review and conduct routine updates to generate insights, drive business discussions and actions.
Collaborate with trade marketing team on shaping channel/customer strategies following Mix strategy.
