Develops and monitors pricing/market segment strategies to meet hotels revenue goals, particularly to stimulate demand during periods of low demand.
Analyses and reports on the success/failure of different revenue management initiatives from time to time.
Review competitors pricing and suggestive selling through GDS/Internet/other reports.
Evaluates group requests to maximize total revenue.
Leads Revenue Management meetings and advises the Management on necessary remedy or follow up actions.
Trains and develops subordinates according to corporate succession initiatives.
