Mô tả công việc
- Use Revit to build, develop for interior and architectural design (Interior design is preferred)
- Prepare construction drawings, technical design documents, and as-built drawings according to each project phase.
- Coordinate with Interior - Architecture - MEP teams to perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts.
- Attend internal technical meetings to understand project requirements and update models/drawings accordingly.
- Manage and archive models and drawings following Studio3eight's data management standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design standards and construction regulations.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
- College/University degree in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, or related technical fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Revit in producing detailed technical drawings (preferably with experience in high-end architecture or interior projects).
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Understanding design standards and drawing standards.
- Detail-oriented, strong teamwork skills, and ability to work independently.
- Good aesthetic sense and a passion for long-term career development in a professional design environment.
