Job Title: Revit M&E Design Engineer (Expatriate & Vietnamese)
Department: Projects
Reports to: Director / Managing Director
Job Location: HCMC Office and Project Sites
Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Duties:
• Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Hydraulic Design to International and Local Standards
• Calculations of M&E systems
• Checking of detailed layouts of major plant and equipment
• Selections of ancillary equipment e.g. air grilles, lights, etc.
• Selections of main plant equipment
• Preparation of specifications and technical schedules
• Checking of tender documents
• Checking design constructability and sufficiency for construction
• Detailed take off to prepare Bills of Quantities and project Cost Plan
• Tendering evaluations and analysis
• Reviewing contractors and suppliers shop drawings
• Reviewing of contractor proposed materials and equipment
• Drafting of minutes, correspondence etc.
• Transmission of Drawings, documents and keeping of records
• Preparation of and compliance with the systems laid down in the Company quality control system aimed at ISO 9000.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Director
