** SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RF System Engineer to provide support for Verint systems in Vietnam.
** JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Maintain and implement systems
- Provide first level support to End Users
- Assist in training and orientation of other staff and/or End Users
- Interact with local customers, and provide support for Verint systems in areas of the technical support function, including installation, upgrading hardware and software, RF testing and measurements
- Be responsible for troubleshooting and servicing complex customer service inquiries for Verint's proprietary hardware/software product
- Be responsible for analyzing and evaluating technical issues and suggesting methods and techniques to achieve resolution

** JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology required. Graduated from a Military university/academy, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Posts and
Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Universsity of Communication and Transportation is preferred
- 2-3 years' experience as support or integrator engineer working at customer site - locally and/or abroad
- Understanding of satellite communications, VSAT technology and RF equipment is a MUST
- Experience of one of following satellite hubs: Gilat, Newtec, Hughes or iDirect
- Good knowledge and understanding of Cellular networks architecture (GSM, CDMA, LTE...),
- Satellite Experience is MUST.
- Good knowledge of communication: network structure (LAN, WAN), practical experience with communication equipment integration and configuration.
- Knowledge and understanding of operating system (Windows/Linux) including installation, administration and configuration
- Familiar with Wireless communication and RF Tx/Rx Chains is an advantage.
- Practical experience with RF debugging tools for complex network problem troubleshooting (e.g. Spectrum / Signal Analyzer, volt-meter etc') is an advantage.
- Previous experience as RF System engineer/ Satellite Enginner is a BIG ADVANTAGE
- Ability to work under intense pressure, in the company and at customer site
- Ability to travel abroad
- Ability to work non-regular hours
** SALARY: Start 1.000 USD
