Risk Governance Senior Expert (Airport Project)

1. Risk Governance Oversight
- Oversee the implementation of the project's risk management framework across all departments
- Ensure the Project Risk Register is properly maintained and regularly updated
- Verify that each identified risk has a clearly assigned Risk Owner and appropriate mitigation plan
2. Cross-Functional Risk Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point for risk management activities across project teams
- Track the progress of risk mitigation actions implemented by responsible units
- Facilitate periodic project risk review meetings and support resolution of cross-functional risk issues
3. Risk Monitoring & Early Warning
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and key project risks
- Identify risks that may significantly impact schedule, cost, or compliance
- Maintain early warning mechanisms to detect and escalate emerging risks
4. Risk Reporting & Escalation
- Prepare and consolidate risk reports and dashboards for project leadership
- Provide regular updates to the Project Director and Executive Management
- Escalate critical risks when thresholds are exceeded or major impacts are anticipated
5. Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to the company's risk governance framework within the project
- Monitor the use of key risk management tools (Risk Register, Risk Dashboard, Issue Log)
- Recommend improvements to risk governance processes when necessary
