Mô tả công việc
Monitor portfolio performance and loss forecast
Manage the process of developing credit policies, procedures and approval authorities.
Co-operate with variable teams to develop product policies, customer's criteria, document requirements, appraisal process,
Monitor the implementation of all aspects relating to risk control, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, measure and manage different types of risks.
Monitor appraisal process to ensure business efficiency and risk prevention through approval rate, rejection reasons and turn-around-time
Monitor collection process to reduce losses that may arise from ineffective collection strategy and effort.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports and suggestions relating to risk management sent to Risk Director and the Management Board for decision making.
Train and support staff to fulfill their tasks as required
Report to Risk Director and the Management Board
Yêu cầu
At least 5 - 7 years' experience in risk management or related field
At least 3 year experience in management position
Knowledge of credit risk and fraud risk in consumer finance
Proficiency in computer software programs, database management and reporting systems
Management skills.
Effective problem solving.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Work under high pressure
English fluency
