We are looking for candidates for the position of Road Freight Operation Executive to join our team in HN.
RESPONSIBLES:
1. Support the Manager to drive and set-up daily operations for Geodis Road Network (GRN), Cross-border Trucking service in Vietnam.
2. Visiting possible sites for hub (could be Hanoi, Danang, countryside, border gate, KH, etc.) if required.
3. Experienced & understand International Road market for both LTL / FTL with custom brokerage requirements & VN Local distributions.
4. Handle and calculate for container utilization and provide the quotations to sale approaching target clients.
5. Feed intelligence to country and cluster management (current market rates from vendor, selling rates received by target clients, competitor service details, etc.).
6. Processing and organization of all documentation needed to complete movement of cross-border trucks.
7. Manage the outsource team to ensure they closely follow Geodis' rules and SOP with customers.
8. Giving support to Manager if required
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or equivalent. Having Customs Brokerage Certificate is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cross border trucking operation process.
- Understand import and export cross border logistics processing and documentation, bonded warehouse/CFS warehouse processing.
- Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/exports, handling works for varies kind of goods.
- Know well and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
- Language skills: Intermediate English level.
- Good communication skills with customers.
- System and computerized skills.
- Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.
