Mô tả công việc
*** Automation Development
• Identify and realize automation potentials for GS processes (Source to Pay, Bill to Cash, Book to Report, Hire to Retire, etc. ) in GS Shared Service Center in Vietnam.
• Work and collaborate with operation teams regarding process design to optimize them for RPA activities
• Support RPA development projects (including selecting relevant RPA tools, coding, implementing, deploying and managing RPA solutions)
• Develop standardized process management for all automation ideas
**** Digital transformation
• Responsible for conducting or collaborating trainings/ workshops for GS associates on relevant digital solutions (PowerBI, RPA tools) to create an active and continuous learning environment in GS location.
• Develop and manage an active community / working groups to support digital transformation ideas of GS in Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Economics or related course
• Minimum 4 years' experience in the RPA environment especially in process analysis and coding.
• Experience in the following tools: RPA Tools (Automation Anywhere, Catalytic), Powershell, SQL server, Python, Excel VBA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in an international working environment
