Position Summary
The Robotic Process Automation Developer ( RPA Developer) is responsible for analyzing business processes, designing, developing,
and maintaining automation workflows to optimize operational efficiency and reduce
manual workload. This role requires strong technical skills, structured problem-solving, and
the ability to work closely with cross-functional business teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering
• Work with business units to collect and clarify automation requirements.
• Assess workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- RPA Development & Deployment
• Design and implement RPA workflows using UiPath or equivalent tools.
• Develop supporting scripts (Python / C# / JavaScript / VB.NET).
• Integrate workflows with internal systems (API, DB, email, file transfers).
- Operation, Monitoring & Maintenance
• Monitor logs and resolve incidents.
• Maintain and enhance existing bots.
• Prepare documentation and handover materials.
- Training & Support
• Provide support and training to end users.
• Coordinate with business teams for continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
- Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Automation, or related fields.
- Technical Competencies
• Experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath preferred).
• Programming knowledge (Python / C# / JavaScript / VB.NET).
• Knowledge of SQL and REST API.
- Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
