RPA Developer

We're in search of a RPA Developer that is ready to innovate and explore what's possible in the world or robotics. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts all around the world in order to create and optimize workflow processes. You'll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. To be successful, you'll need experience in automation technologies including UiPath.
- Study and assess the business processes from the automation perspective and derive the automation roadmap.
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and configure automation workflows to streamline and optimize business processes.
- Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Maintain and update existing RPA solutions as needed. Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA tools and digital solutions.
- Create documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
- Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
- Recommend and implement digital solutions that align with business goals, including but not limited to cloud computing, IoT, AI, and data analytics.
