(Senior) Process & Production Engineer
to join its Operations team.
This is a
project-based manufacturing environment
, focusing on production process optimization, quality, productivity, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, standardize and improve manufacturing processes, SOPs and process controls.
Analyze product requirements, materials, equipment and production processes.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality requirements.
Manage and track
BOM & Routing
for production processes and new orders.
Provide technical support for raw materials, process exceptions and final inspection.
Identify and solve production and quality issues effectively.
Develop and implement production processes for new products and product changes.
Support the development of fixtures, tooling and production testing.
Drive continuous improvement in
Safety, Quality, Productivity, Capacity and Cost
.
Apply Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing Excellence practices where appropriate.
Collect, analyze and report production/process data and trends to management.
Develop and follow up daily and weekly production schedules.
Lead, train and develop the Production team.
Maintain production records and ensure process traceability.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Technical, Sales & Marketing and other departments.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and support other assigned projects.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in
Rubber Engineering / Polymer Engineering
.
5+ years of relevant experience in rubber industrial manufacturing.
Experience in
Manufacturing Excellence / Lean Six Sigma
is preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and handle tight schedules.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical principles.
Proactive, responsible and improvement-oriented.
