Ruby engineer

- A programmer who read, write and speak English fluently
* Mandatory Skills:
- Junior:
・Have basic computer science knowledge
・Experience writing with Ruby on Rails
・Experience writing tests with RSpec
・Have skills of Ruby, HTML,CSS,JavaScript
・Have good OOP background knowledge, especially in Ruby language
・Can do basic Git operations
・Know and operate well the concepts of MVC
・Can use the basic Linux commands
・Familiar with TDD and CI
・Can set up development environment by yourself
- Middle:
・Experience writing code with Ruby on Rails more than 3 years
・Can do advanced Git operations
・Can build environments with cloud infrastructures such as AWS and GCP
・Can use Docker
・Can do DB design and performance tuning
・Can set up middlewares like nginx, mongoDB and so on.
・Can make function list of the application
- Senior:
・Have experience of writing code with Ruby on Rails more than 5 years
・Can do advanced Git operations
・Can build environments with cloud infrastructures such as AWS and GCP
・Can use Docker
・Can do DB design and performance tuning
・Can set up middlewares like nginx, mongoDB and so on.
・Can make function list of the application
・Can estimate man-hours by requirements of the application
・Have experience of coaching and training other engineers
・Can create libraries by yourself if needed
