Mô tả công việc
Attend daily briefings and complete assigned tasks.
Understand floor priorities, VIP rooms, and urgent requirements.
Clean service areas, pantries, corridors, and staircases to standard.
Deliver and replenish linen, amenities, and Housekeeping supplies.
Report defects, maintenance needs, and safety hazards to the Floor Supervisor.
Keep trolleys, tools, and equipment clean and serviceable.
Record linen, supply, and equipment movements accurately.
Immediately hand over lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office.
Respond politely to guests and report complaints or incidents to the Floor Supervisor.
Report unusual persons, activities, or security concerns on guest floors.
Collect and transport soiled linen and rubbish to designated points.
Assist with extra beds, baby cots, heavy items, and linen delivery.
Keep floor pantries and linen stores orderly and report shortages.

Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
