Safety Engineer (Emergency Engineer)

Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Emergency Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in emergency response, firefighting, industrial safety, HSSE, or a related field within the petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors.
Sound knowledge of firefighting systems, rescue techniques, emergency response management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Good understanding of Vietnamese Fire Prevention & Fighting regulations and relevant international emergency response standards.
Experience in developing and implementing Emergency Response Plans (ERP), conducting emergency drills, and delivering firefighting and rescue training is preferred.
Experience coordinating with government authorities, including Fire Police, hospitals, local authorities, and contractors during emergency situations.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure during emergency situations.
Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency call-outs when required.
Certifications in Firefighting, Rescue Operations, First Aid, Incident Command System (ICS), or other relevant emergency response qualifications are an advantage.
Good command of English is preferred.
