1. Trình độ/Qualifications:学历
机械类、机电一体化、自动化及汽车等专业/ Majors such as Mechanical Engineering,Mechatronics,Automation, and Automotive Engineering
2. Kinh nghiệm/Experience:经验
3年以上汽车制造类相关工作经验/More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the automotive manufacturing industry;
3. Kỹ năng/Skills:技能
(1).能够正确根据国家、工厂安全生产目标制定车间年度安全生产计划/Be able to correctly formulate the annual workshop safety production plan based on the national and factory safety production targets;
(2).能够运用安全基本理论指导实际工作/Can apply basic safety theories to guide practical work
(3).能够把自己所知晓的安全知识、技能和经验传达给他人/is able to convey the safety knowledge, skills, and experience they possess to others
(4).能够起草和审阅安全管理文件/is able to draft and review safety management documents
(5).能够独立编制安全培训需求,培训计划和培训教材/is able to independently develop security training needs, training plans, and training materials
(6).能够独立主持安全例会以及配合开展各种消防演/is able to independently preside over safety meetings and cooperate in carrying out various fire drills
(7).熟悉工厂安全生产管理政策,了解安全管理基本理论和方法,本部门安全工作流程,了解本车间消防系统设备知识并掌握操作技能/Be familiar with the factory's safety production management policies, understand the basic theories and methods of safety management, the safety work processes of the department, and have knowledge of the fire protection system equipment in the workshop and master the operating skills
(8).熟悉office,AutoCAD等常用办公软件,熟悉沟通和授课常用技巧,熟悉《消防法》、《安全生产法》等相关法律、法规及相关设计规范/Familiar with common work software such as Office and AutoCAD, familiar with common communication and teaching skills, and familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and relevant design specifications such as the Fire Protection Law and the Work Safety Law
(9).会中文或英文/can speak Chinese or English
