Mô tả công việc
- Assist in coordinating the Safety Strategy Plan in alignment with corporate goals.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend control methods.
- Monitor compliance with local and international safety regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate and lead safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Maintain and update safety protocol, including procedures, permits, SOP and reports.
- Promote a strong safety culture through safety campaigns, toolbox, BBS, Gemba, safety meeting, safety initiatives
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and simulations.
- Collaborate with cross functional department such as production, maintenance
- Consutant on Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), delivery PPEs & control budget
- Track and report safety performance indicators (KPIs) to EHS Manager.
Yêu cầu
Must -have:
- Education: Engineering background
- Certificate: OHS Trainer
- Experience level: Minimum 2-3 years in EHS manufacturing field
- Good English skill, specially in communication and writing
- Familiarity with local and international safety standards, standardized procedures and processes, good practices
- Knowledge of hazard identification & risk assessments, skills in root cause analysis and incident reporting and problem solving skill
- Good mindset on Safety Management System
Nice to have:
- OHS Certificate: HSE Officer or Manager; First Aider Qualification; NEBOSH.
- Others Certificate: Lead Auditor ISO 45001; Quantification According to ISO 14064-1 : 2018 (GGE)
