Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Safety Testing Engineer ($1600, ID 21287):
Conduct risk assessments, safety evaluations, testing, and inspections of machinery and robotic systems in accordance with international standards.
Interpret testing procedures, analyze results, and apply sound engineering judgment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the development and implementation of new testing services and technical capabilities.
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve engineering issues and testing requirements.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve laboratory management systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and recommendations based on assessment findings.
Requirement
Male, 27 - 50 years old.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience (Bachelor's degree) or 4 years of experience (Diploma) in engineering roles within the machinery or robotics industry. Experience in testing and certification is highly preferred.
Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for a senior-level position.
Strong knowledge of machinery safety standards, including: Machinery Directive, EN 60204-1, ISO 12100, SEMI S2, SEMI S8, NFPA 79 / UL 508, ISO 10218-1, ISO 13482
Solid understanding of electrical and electronic circuits, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
Fluent in English
