Mô tả công việc
• In charge of all orders of the Sales Department: customer information, order, answering the telephone;
• Quote upon request; samples tracking
• Follow all small orders -Solve customers' requirements (coordinate with business staff and sales policies of the Company).
• Support in Sales team's document relating products, pricing, contract and quality - coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse.
• Control and fill up monthly stationary in Sales Department
• Follow attendance report of employees.
• Update daily quantity products stock
• Implement operations on Misa and Odoo software systems
• Other tasks as assigned by HOD
Yêu cầu
• No experience acceptable
• Have a good working spirit, professional, dynamic;
• Make plan daily/weekly/monthly basic basis;
• Analysis data skill;
• Good at communicating and negotiating skills, taking care customer skill and enterprise development skill.
