Mô tả công việc
- Work with the certain customers and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, customer records, and databases
- Support invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups in coordination with finance
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations and others.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence

- Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Yêu cầu
- Industry: Manufacturing in Motorcycle Tire and Tube
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good at English (Listening & Speaking specially)
- Honest, trustworthy, and enthusiastic
