JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Assistant with solid experience in the software outsourcing industry. The role involves supporting the CEO and PMO team with client-facing activities, documentation, and process coordination. This position also acts as a bridge between Sales, PMO, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences.
We're seeking someone who is fluent in English, tech-savvy, and capable of suggesting improvements to existing processes while staying detail-oriented and client-focused.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Support
Assist CEO and PMO team in preparing and managing client-related documents such as contracts, NDAs, SOWs, quotations, etc.
Draft professional emails, presentations, proposals, and meeting notes.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Maintain and update client information in CRM and internal trackers.
Client Management
Serve as a communication bridge between the company and international clients.
Track client satisfaction, support contract renewals, and help expand ongoing accounts.
Handle inquiries professionally and follow up on client requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Business Development Support & Process Optimization
Assist with lead generation, proposal writing, and sales documentation for new opportunities.
Use AI tools to optimize task efficiency and automate document drafting or summarization.
Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, communication methods, or client processes.
Support lead nurturing and pre-sales activities that contribute to closing deals.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of experience in a software outsourcing company in roles such as Sales Assistant,
Account Executive, or Sales Support.
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
Familiar with client-facing documentation: NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, quotations, proposals.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
Experienced in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to draft, summarize, or enhance productivity.
Highly proactive, dynamic, and able to suggest improvements to streamline work.
Quick to adapt, eager to learn, with a growth mindset and dedication to quality.
Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
