Mô tả công việc
• Lead the team to meet the target sales
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan on marketing, promotion campaign,... that expands company's business and profit.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales members.
• Manage shop managers to operate store sales smoothly (Inventory, VM, Customer Service,...).
• Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Responsibility:
In charge of the general operations of the shop, making sure they run smoothly, cleanly and meets the budget and sales goals.

* Basic requirement
• University graduated
• At least 6 years in sales and having managerial role experience.
• Having experience in luxury fashion is a plus.

• Multi-task and handle well under pressure; Korean business culture adaptability
