Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated ODM/OEM Business Development Manager to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Hanoi, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of ODM/OEM products in the security cameras and IoT devices sector. The ideal candidate will excel in building and managing relationships with partners, developing market strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in ODM/OEM security cameras and IoT devices.
Identify and establish partnerships with key clients and distributors in target markets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure product alignment with market demands.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while exploring new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Comprehensive knowledge of ODM/OEM sales processes and the associated supply chain.
Strong understanding of the security cameras and IoT ecosystem, including technologies and market trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and competitive positioning.
Experience in channel sales and managing distribution networks.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (e.g., Chinese) is a plus.
